January 26th

I'm all about the healthy cooking right now. And I'm so GRATEFUL that my heart is turning my creativity toward my cooking right now. Because it makes healthy eating so much more fun and delicious. This was last night's recipe of brown rice pasta in a Coconut Milk, sweet potato, spinach, sundried tomato, chickpea, lemon and ginger pasta. Incredible flavor that made us happy here in our little household.
